Supporting the next generation of chefs is very important to us!

We’re proud to offer a place not just to work, but to learn.

Whether you’re a culinary student, a young sommelier in training, or simply someone curious about a career in a traditional French kitchen, we welcome interns (stagiaires) with open arms. 

We offer a hands-on, real-world experience in a busy working bistrot that values seasonal cooking, proper technique, and the rhythm of service. Ours is a kitchen that champions traditional methods, no microwaves, no ready-made meals & sauces and no heatlamps here! 

We’re very keen to support those who are serious about the craft — whether you’re from a hospitality school or following your own path. You’ll find a supportive environment, a chance to grow, and plenty of good meals along the way.
