Once we've spoken and you're ready to proceed, please review our general terms below and submit your deposit at your convenience on the form below.

Important information to note:

All deposits are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Please pay your bill in full at the end of your meal, your deposits will be automatically refunded within 2 days of your meal date.
Deposits are usually non-refundable for no-shows. Please let us know at least 5 days in advance if your group size will change or you need to cancel.
For party bookings, a discretionary 10% service charge is added to your bill
Our team will contact you after the deposit is paid, to arrange menu pre-orders.

This is to support and reward the team during the busy party season. All tips go to the team involved in the service, with nothing withheld.

Deposit Terms & Conditions(Required)

Deposit Requirement
- A deposit of £10 per person is needed to confirm your booking. Any booking request you have made will be confirmed once the deposit is paid.
This is not a down-payment & refund process
- This deposit will not be deducted from your final bill on the day of your event. Please expect to pay the bill in full.
- Our team approve the deposit refund within 2 days of your booking completing, it will then be returned to your bank by the payment processor (Stripe). This may be instant, or in some cases may take a few days, all depending on speed of your bank etc.
Cancelations
- Please only pay a deposit when you are certain that your group will be coming. Cancelation is usually only agreed for exceptional cases, such as sickness and other urgent medical situations.
- If you have a valid reason to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing at least 5 days in advance. Cancelations made for any reason after this period may lead to forfeit of any deposit paid.
- In the event of a no-show, the full deposit will be retained.
Reductions in Party Size
- Any reduction in party size should be communicated to us at least 5 days in advance. We reserve the right to retain deposits for any guests who do not attend if we are not notified within this timeframe.
Pre-Order Requirement
- We require menu pre-orders approx one week before your party - to ensure availability and accommodate dietary requirements. If you don't provide a pre-order then you may have a limited selection on the day.
Late Arrivals
- Please inform us if your group is delayed. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. Ofcourse, we try to be flexible whenever possible.
Service Charge
- A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to the final bill for parties of 6 or more. This will be distributed fairly among the staff, following our tipping policy.
Dietary Requirements
- Please notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking or with your pre-order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Special Requests

We will endeavor to meet any special requests but cannot guarantee they will be possible. Any requests should be made at the time of booking
Behaviour

The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they display inappropriate or disruptive behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.
